前期,为进一步做好学校学生返校工作准备,更好地为学生提供服务,学生事务大厅已于3月2日开放至今。
现根据《西安交通大学2020年春季学期学生返校工作方案》及相关工作安排,学生事务大厅将于2020年5月6日起延长开放时间。
开放时间为:
每周一至周五 8:00—12:00 14:30—18:30

随着学生业务办理需求变化情况,后期将进一步延长开放时间。
疫情常态化防控期间,学生事务大厅采取单向进出和限流管控措施,请办理业务的师生主动在入口测温门自助测量体温,并在工作人员引导下办理相关业务。

The Student Affairs Hall has been opened since March 2nd in order to provide better services and preparation for students' returning to school.
According to the XJTU Plan for Students Returning to School in Spring Semester 2020 and relevant arrangements, from May 6, 2020, the opening time of Student Affairs Hall will be extended as follows:
8:00-12:00 and 14:30-18:30 from Monday to Friday

The opening hours will be further extended in the future according to the real needs.
During the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the Student Affairs Hall adopts one-way passing in and out and limits the number of people. The teachers and students entering the hall should take the initiative to measure their body temperature at the entrance of the temperature measuring door, and handle their affairs under the guidance of the staff.
